QE Team Community Outreach Initiative
At the start of the year, QBurst’s Quality Engineering (QE) team carried out a community outreach program across multiple cities. The initiative focused on supporting orphanages, old age homes, rehabilitation centers, and care facilities working with underprivileged children as well as physically and mentally challenged individuals.
Employees collectively raised approximately ₹2.25 lakhs. Team members visited 14 institutions to distribute essential provisions, daily supplies, and clothing to residents. Members also spent time at the facilities engaging with the residents and caregivers.
In Trivandrum, the team visited Assisi Niketan in Pangappara, Sarvodaya Shanthi Bhavan in Vattappara, and Poorna Sree Balika Sadanam in Thiruvallam.

In Kochi, the team visited Divyarakshalayam in Thodupuzha, Asha Bhavan in Kakkanad, MOCEM Centre and St. Macrina Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre in Pampady, and Maher Ashram in Mulanthuruthy.
In Koratty, contributions were made to Anugraha Sadhan in Chalakudy and Divya Karunya Ashramam in Aloor. In Calicut, the outreach efforts covered Udhayam Home in Westhill and St. Vincent’s Home in Palayam.
The initiative also extended to Ladybird Home for Children in Bangalore and Dr. John E. Douglas Children’s Home in Avadi, Chennai.

The drive was executed by employee volunteers across locations, who coordinated fundraising, logistics, and on-site visits. This collective effort reinforces QBurst’s belief that meaningful impact is driven by people-led action and community partnership.
